How to get refunded

If you need a refund, please follow these steps:

1. General Returns (Within 14 Days):
You may return your item for any reason within 14 days of receiving it. We do not require an explanation for these returns. Simply contact our customer support team, and they will guide you through the return process. Once we receive the returned item, we will issue a refund via the original payment method.

2. 30-Day Return Policy:
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of receiving the item for a refund or replacement. Please contact our support team to initiate the return. Once we receive the item, we will process your refund or send a replacement.

3. Non-Received Items:
If you do not receive your item within 20 days of the expected delivery date, please contact us as soon as possible. We will either issue a refund or send a replacement.

4. Damaged or Broken Items:
If your item arrives damaged or broken, contact us immediately. We will arrange for the return of the damaged item, and once we receive it, we will either replace it or issue a refund.

5. Items Over $100 (Warranty):
For items valued over $100, we offer a one-time warranty valid for 5 months from the date of purchase. If the item is damaged or defective during this period, please contact us to initiate a return. Once the item is received, we will replace it. Please note that shipping costs may be applicable.
